While we try our best to bring you the best descriptions and pictures, there will inevitably be colors or shapes that cannot be captured by the camera. Please kindly pardon us for slight discrepancies in the pictures and product.
Parcels sent by normal mail are not insured by our site, and no refunds will be entertained for parcels lost in normal mail. Registered postage is highly recommended.
However, returns will be allowed for products which are damaged due to manufacturer's fault. Please kindly send a photo to us of the flaw, and we will get back to you within 48 hours for RMA details. Postage will be borne by us should there be an RMA case.

- Registered Postage at S$3.00 (2-3working days)--> Highly recommended
- Express Courier Service at S$5.00 (Next working day)
iii Send an email to emailiwanttogoshopping@yahoo.co.uk with the product code(s), color desired (if applicable), size (if applicable) and the delivery method preferred. Please indicate your name, address, telephone number and email for easier contact purposes.
iv. An email would be sent to you with total charges applicable, and bank transfer details.
v. Parcel will be sent out as soon as notification email from buyer with transaction reference number is received.
vi. Parcel should be received within the next 2-3working days!
